Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

• We are looking for a confident, customer-focused communicator to join the Betgr8 Customer Service Team.
• You will be at the heart of our customer experience, supporting customers across Email, Live Chat, Telegram, and Phone Calls (Inbound & Outbound) channels.

Requirements
You Might Be a Great Fit If:

• You have a HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in the sports betting industry or a similar role.
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• You know how to listen, understand, and solve problems.
• You can multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• You are comfortable working with Zendesk and Google Workspace, especiallyspreadsheets.
• You can work independently while still being a strong team player.
• You are flexible and available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
