We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

Our organization seeks to engage the services of a diligent and results-oriented Customer Service Executive with a background in real estate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating qualified leads, and providing dedicated support to the sales function.

Core Responsibilities

Attend to client inquiries and provide comprehensive after-sales support
Undertake cold calling activities to identify and generate prospective leads
Diligently follow up on prospective clients with a view to converting inquiries into property viewings and sales
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and leads within the CRM system
Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure attainment of set targets
Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients and referral partners

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, orBusiness Administration
A minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector
Demonstrable sales acumen, including proven competence in cold calling and lead generation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A target-driven disposition with a professional and persuasive manner
Must be resident in Abuja.

Salary
N160,000 - N200,000 per month.
