We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative with at least 1 year of recent experience.
Must be social media-savvy, skilled in CRM tools, and live within or around Lekki due to the on-site nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Log interactions using CRM system
Follow up on unresolved cases
Work with internal teams to improve service delivery
Takes and fulfills customers orders

Requirements

OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree
1+ years recent customer service experience
Proficiency with CRM tools
Strong communication skills
Lives in or near Lekki (mandatory)
Creative, pays attention to details and a fast learner.
