We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki Epe Expressway, Ikota - Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Identify customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

Candidates should possess OND/HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1-3 years experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
