Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced, confident and customer centric personnel who will serve as the single point of contact for each client after payment confirmation.
• The CSR manages the full customer lifecycle—from order receipt and production coordination through delivery and post-sales engagement—ensuring a seamless, transparent, and premium customer experience that reflects the brand promise.

• Order Confirmation & Client Onboarding
• Production & Commissioning Follow-Up
• Client Communication & Updates• Quality Control Coordination
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination
• Post-Sales & Customer Experience Management
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Location: Wawa, along Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State (Proximity to location is an added advantage)

Requirements
What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management (experience in interior design, furniture, manufacturing, or construction is an advantage).
• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Comfortable using digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email, SMS platforms, social media).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Between age 27– 40 years.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
