We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ibada, Oyo

Requirements

Experience in customer support, sales, or lead generation
Fast typing speed with excellent written and verbal English skills
Ability to manage incoming booking inquiries across WhatsApp and phone lines
Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and persuasion skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM tools and messaging apps.
