Job Summary
- We are seeking proactive, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives to join our team.
- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues where necessary.
- Process customer requests, applications, and service updates accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and overall satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team service targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and promotions.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
