Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries effectively.
• Provide precise information on shipping rates, delivery timelines, and available services.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support shipment processing, packaging, and necessary documentation tasks.

Requirements

• OND/NCE/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
• Male candidates aged 20 - 30 years are encouraged to apply and must be willing to work on weekends.
• Residents of Alaro and the surrounding areas in Ibadan are preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (including Sheets, Drive, and Gmail) is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in computer and social media platforms.
