• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
• Additional training in sales, customer service, or aesthetics is an advantage
• Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Experience in a skincare clinic, spa, beauty, or healthcare environment is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a strong plus

• Tech-savvy, including proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, booking systems, and more

• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media platforms, and in-person interactions.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and paying clients effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding treatments, pricing structures, and procedures.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to encourage repeat visits and enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain strong client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and coordinate with the clinical team seamlessly.
• Upsell relevant treatments and skincare products when appropriate to maximize revenue.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions and bookings for optimal organization.
