Depot Account Officer

Job Summary

• The Depot Accountant will be responsible for managing the depot’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring expenses, and supporting effective financial controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all depot financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor sales, expenses, receipts, and cash collections.
• Reconcile cash, bank, inventory, and other depot accounts.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, and supporting financial documentation.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial records.
• Identify and report financial discrepancies or irregularities.
• Work closely with Depot Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 2 - 4 years experience.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
