Role Overview

• Your primary mission is to close a minimum of ₦20,000,000 in property sales transactions monthly. If you are aggressive, well networked, and hungry for massive payouts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Close Deals: Convert affluent prospects into property buyers across Lagos.
• Hit Targets: Consistently achieve the monthly ₦20 Million sales benchmark.
• Network & Source: Prospect high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
• Property Inspections: Conduct professional physical and virtual site tours.
• Relationship Management: Manage clients from initial contact to deed execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of successful real estate sales in Lagos.
• Network: Active database of high-net-worth buyers and investors.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market dynamics.
• Negotiation: Exceptional closing skills with a track record of big deals.
• Presentation: Corporate appearance with flawless communication skills.
