Driver / Inspection Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

• A reputable real estate company is looking for a Inspection Officer to support property inspections and assist clients during property viewings.

Key Responsibilities

• Take clients to inspect available properties.
• Visit and inspect new properties on behalf of the company.
• Take clear photos and videos of properties during inspections.
• Provide accurate information and feedback on inspected properties.
• Support the real estate team with property-related field activities.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience
• Must reside around the Ikota–Ajah axis.
• Previous experience in real estate is required.
• Must be willing to learn and develop professionally.
• Must know how to drive.
• Must possess a valid driver's licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
