Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Opebi - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)

Job Description

• Manage the Executive's calendar, appointments and meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and official documents.
• Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare presentations, reports, letters, and other business documents.
• Track assignments and ensure timely execution of directives issued by Management.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
• Coordinate company events, executive meetings, and site visits where required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive.
• Conduct research and compile information to support business decisions.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Work Arrangement:

• Fully onsite.

Salary
N170,000 - N180,000 / month.
