Executive Assistant

Location: Lakeview Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized executive assistantto provide direct support to the executive / management team.
• The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as an executive assistant, with the ability to manage executive priorities, handle confidential information, coordinate activities, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Handle confidential documents, communications, and sensitive information.
• Track and follow up on executive decisions and assigned action points.

Coordination & Liaison:

• Coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
• Support effective communication and workflow across departments.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organised executive files, records, and documentation.
• Support administrative processes and office operations as required.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• 2–3 years proven experience working specifically as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management or executives.
• Experience managing executive schedules, correspondence, and confidential information is required.
• Must be organised, discreet, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
