Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Officer with strong core HR experience to manage employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee records management
• Manage payroll, leave administration, attendance, and disciplinary processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies

Administrative Support:

• Oversee office administration and daily office operations
• Coordinate staff welfare, logistics, and vendor management
• Maintain office supplies and facility standards

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related matters
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
• Maintain proper HR documentation and records

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Must have completed NYSC
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working specifically in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment processes, employee relations, and Nigerian labor law
• Must have practical experience managing core HR functions

Added Advantage (Not Compulsory):

• Law background
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing company

Work Structure:

• Based at: Lakeview Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
• Full-time, on-site role.

Remuneration
Salary: N250,000 / Month depending on experience and qualification.
