Executive Assistant (DCS)

Job Objectives

• To provide administrative and executive assistance/support to the office of theDirectorCorporate Services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide comprehensive secretarial support andassistanceto theDirector Corporate Services in the discharge of herduties
• Schedules appointments on behalf of theDirector Corporate Services and ensuring that hermeetings are held and records kept accordingly and agreed decisions circulated
• Prepare memos, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence on behalf of theDirectorCorporate Services.
• Logs and distributes incoming messages to theDirector Corporate Servicespromptly
• Receives and responds to correspondences
• Manages the calendar of theDirector Corporate Services
• Maintainsand updates files,takes downminutes of meetings when necessary.
• Co-ordinates conference and travel arrangements, prepares itineraries and expense reports.

Requirements
Education:

• BSc Degree / HND in Social Science or any other related field.
• 1-3 years' Experience in Job Role.
