Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide executive and operational support to management, coordinate key activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, correspondence, and executive follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action points, tasks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment activities, client meetings, and business engagements.
• Support client communication, follow-ups, proposals, reports, and business development activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, documents, and other executive materials.
• Maintain organised company records, filing systems, and confidential information.
• Follow up on team deliverables and support management with research, process improvement, and general administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and other business tools.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
