Executive Assistant (People & Systems)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time (4 days onsite)

Job Summary

• The Executive Assistant - Business Operations & Systems is a high-trust execution partner to the CEO, responsible for turning executive priorities, decisions and recurring business activities into organised systems, clear actions and completed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with calendar, meetings, correspondence and follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes and action points.
• Track tasks, deadlines and team commitments.
• Coordinate projects, travel, events and administrative activities.
• Manage and improve Zoho/business management systems and workflows.
• Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, reminders and automations.
• Develop SOPs, checklists and organised filing systems.
• Coordinate HR activities such as performance reviews, onboarding and training.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management reports for the CEO.
• Maintain confidential company and executive information.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Information Systems, Public Relations or related field.
• 2–6 years’ relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Business Operations, Project Coordination or similar roles.
• Experience with Zoho or similar CRM/ERP/business systems is highly desirable.
• Strong organisation, project management, communication, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards and reports.
