Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Role

• We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
• This is more than a diary-management role. We need someone who can anticipate the CEO’s needs, keep things moving, coordinate across teams and ensure important actions are followed through.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments and schedules.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure the CEO is properly briefed ahead of engagements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, briefs and other documents.
• Take and track meeting action points and follow up with responsible team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Support the CEO with research, information gathering and business correspondence.
• Draft and manage emails, letters, memos and other official communications.
• Help the CEO track strategic priorities, projects and deadlines.
• Organize travel, meetings, events and other engagements as required.
• Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Represent the CEO professionally in selected communications and engagements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO.
• Handle special projects and other assignments delegated by the CEO.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Officer or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Professional, mature and confident when dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup, technology or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
