Job Description
- We are seeking a creative, customer-focused Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist with gift selection and wrapping, process sales, maintain attractive product displays, support store operations, manage inventory, and contribute to Instagram content creation.
Key Duties
- Assist customers with gifts, décor, kitchenware, kids' items, and specialty products.
- Curate gift combinations, provide recommendations, and wrap gifts professionally.
- Process POS transactions and handle customer enquiries.
- Open/close the store, maintain cleanliness, restock products, and organise stock.
- Create and refresh visual displays and merchandising layouts.
- Conduct stock counts, monitor inventory levels, and report stock needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team and communicate customer feedback.
- Support product photography, social media content, and online engagement.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' retail sales experience (gift, décor, or home retail preferred).
- Customer service training.
- Strong communication, organisation, merchandising, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to curate gifts, wrap items neatly, use a POS system, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Schedule:
- 4 days per week(9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- 2 compulsory Sundaysper month
Salary
N100,000 / month.
