Field Sales Executive (DSE)

Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Warri and Asaba.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting people, building relationships, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition. You don't need to be a banking expert — what matters is your ability to start conversations, build trust, sell effectively, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit MDAs, institutions, businesses, and other relevant locations to identify and engage potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for loan and financial products.
• Explain products clearly and guide prospects through the application and documentation process.
• Drive customer acquisition through field visits, referrals, calls, presentations, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and influencers within assigned territories.
• Follow up with prospects and collaborate with Telesales, Operations, and other teams to improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company professionally within the assigned territory.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, or a related role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, lending, insurance, microfinance, telecoms, FMCG, or other field-sales environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic digital skills and ability to use CRM or other relevant digital tools.
• Good knowledge of Warri, Asaba, and surrounding communities.
• Comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the field.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong drive to achieve targets and earn based on performance.
