Role Overview

• We are looking for 8 highly energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive business growth across assigned territories. The FSE will be responsible for aggressive customer acquisition, pipeline development, market penetration, revenue generation, and territory expansion.
• The ideal candidate is field-oriented and capable of generating measurable commercial results through direct prospecting, customer engagement, lead conversion, and account activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within assigned territories
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business development activities
• Convert qualified prospects into active customers
• Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition activities
• Identify new market opportunities and business segments
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer engagements, and conversions
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Ensure all customer information is properly documented and handed over for onboarding
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1-3 years experience in field sales, FMCG, logistics, or direct sales is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
• Good knowledge of assigned territory and ability to commute daily
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary
N160,000 per month + Other benefits Commission.
