About the Role

• We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Lekki.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in property sales, client relationship management, and team leadership within the Lagos real estate market.
• You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and growing our portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Lekki and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to ensure high performance
• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, developers, and other stakeholders
• Property Marketing: Coordinate property listings, site inspections, and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Market Intelligence: Monitor Lekki and Lagos real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
• Deal Closure: Oversee negotiations, documentation, and handover processes to ensure smooth transactions
• Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
• Market Knowledge: Proven experience selling properties in Lekki/Ajah/Victoria Island is a strong advantage
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Qualifications: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or related field
• Traits: Target-driven, self-motivated, presentable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have valid means of mobility for site visits.
