Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FieldSales Representative to drive sales and product distribution across retail channels in Port Harcourt and surrounding areas.
• In this role, you will manage mobile inventory, visit paint dealers, stockists, and distributors, replenish stocks, and secure cash sales on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to assigned trade routes, servicing existing paint stockists and onboarding new retail dealers.
• Manage, showcase, and distribute paint product lines directly from the company sales van.
• Solicit purchase orders, negotiate volume orders, and ensure product visibility at dealer shops.
• Conduct strict Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions, reconciling daily inventory with cleared sales payments.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product availability, and dealer feedback across major Port Harcourt building materials markets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/ OND / HND / B.Sc. in anyrelated field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on van sales or trade distribution experience (experience in FMCG, building materials, or paint manufacturing is a strong advantage).
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and cash-handling skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Performance Bonus: Base salary plus an attractive percentage bonus on net margins above a monthly sales threshold (₦3.5M).
• Logistics and field allowance.
