Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical)

Job Description

• The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned wholesale territory by developing and managing distributor relationships, driving sales across the MeCure product portfolio, onboarding credible distributors, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and onboard credible distributors, wholesalers and super-distributors.
• Leverage existing distributor and wholesale relationships to generate active sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and grow existing customer accounts.
• Drive sales across the full MeCure Industries PLC product portfolio.
• Increase order frequency, product range and SKU penetration across distributor accounts.
• Manage approved credit sales and PDCs in line with company-approved terms.
• Follow up on invoices, outstanding balances and overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Monitor PDC maturity dates and escalate potential payment risks promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributor owners, principals and purchasing decision-makers.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, credit practices, product movement and market trends.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, distributor onboarding, outstanding balances, collections and market intelligence.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Bussiness Administration or related field (Advance degree preferred).
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
