Job Summary

The Finance Account Manager in the automotive industry is responsible for overseeing the financial management of client accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights.
This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance financial performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial accounts for automotive clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary financial advisor.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting audits as needed.
Regulatory compliance with Regulatory agencies and filing of relevant returns for VAT, WHT, PAYE, Pension.
Liaison with regulatory agencies like SCUML, ITF, NRS etc.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement within client accounts.
Monitor cash flow and working capital, providing recommendations for improvement.
Present financial reports and insights to clients and senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ICAN or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in financial management or accounting, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in similar capacity
