Job Description

• We are seeking experienced, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officers to manage guest reception and provide excellent customer service at a serviced apartment facility in Apo, Abuja.
• The ideal candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in serviced apartments, hotels, short-let apartments, or other hospitality environments, with strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills.
• The successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, responding to enquiries, handling guest concerns, and maintaining a professional front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a professional and friendly front-desk experience.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and service needs promptly.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, payments, and front-desk documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Provide information about apartment facilities, services, policies, and local attractions when required.
• Monitor guest arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
• Prepare and submit relevant front-desk reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in front-desk operations within hotels, serviced apartments, short-lets, or similar hospitality businesses.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations calmly.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel or property management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
