Front Desk Personnel (Experience Centre)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Personnel.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by welcoming visitors, providing information about products and services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Serve as the first point of contact by responding to customer inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception and Experience Centre environment.
• Schedule appointments, manage visitor records, and coordinate customer visits.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support product demonstrations, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives where required.
• Gather customer feedback and escalate complaints or concerns for timely resolution.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation, record keeping, and inventory of front desk supplies.

Requirement

• Candidate must reside on Lagos Island or its environs to ensure proximity to the workplace.
