• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of post-graduate experience in operations management within infrastructure, conglomerate, or project-based settings.
• Proven track record managing asset transitions from construction to operations and scaling.
• Master’s degree (MBA or Operations Management) is an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience in management consulting is desirable.

• Manage assets throughout their lifecycle including construction supervision, commissioning, operational transition, and scaling.
• Enhance asset profitability by setting performance benchmarks, monitoring returns, and applying value-adding interventions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency across portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with boards and management to develop and execute strategic goals and policies.
• Oversee recruitment and vendor selection during construction and operational phases.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Implement investment strategies, policies, and procedures across portfolio assets.
