We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Business Development (Power & Engineering)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

As we expand, we are looking for experienced professionals to strengthen our technical, training and business teams.

What You Will Do

Set and execute BD strategy across both the power training and engineering consulting divisions
Identify, pursue and close new business with utilities, industrial clients and government agencies
Build and manage a strong pipeline of tenders, bids and proposals
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client engagements
Partner with technical teams to shape winning proposals and pricing.

What You Bring

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA an advantage
Minimum of 10 years' business development/sales experience in power, engineering or related industries
Demonstrated record of winning contracts in the power/engineering space
Strong existing network across Nigeria's power and industrial sectors
Excellent negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
