EssentialNice to have below

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or event operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, performance logs, and leave documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance and leave schedules, assisting with payroll data preparation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
• Prepare and issue HR communications including query letters and policy notices.
• Support training organization, performance reviews, and employee welfare programs.
• Address employee inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to the HR Manager.
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance audits, and maintain confidentiality of staff data.
• Manage office supplies and support general administrative duties.

• HR certification or ongoing professional development such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI.
