Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient HR operations and providing excellent employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Prepare HR documents, letters, reports, and other administrative materials.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee records management.
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Respond to employees' HR-related enquiries and provide appropriate support.
• Assist with payroll and other HR administrative processes.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of basic HR practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
