• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration is advantageous.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is preferred.
• 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 6 years supporting manufacturing, technical, or supply chain operations.
• Proven expertise in talent planning, capability development, and fostering employee engagement in fast-paced environments.

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Manufacturing, Technical, and Supply Chain leaders, providing data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business units to align HR strategies with operational priorities, including workforce and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard technical and manufacturing talent that meets business needs.
• Lead performance management cycles and coordinate capability development programs for key roles.
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, transfers, exits, and payroll coordination.
• Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.
• Support change management efforts related to organizational transformation and process improvements.
