About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the organisation’s human resources operations and support effective workforce management within its manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience, with a strong background working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and proven ability to manage the unique workforce and employee relations requirements of a factory setting.
- The HR Manager will work closely with management and production teams to ensure effective employee management, compliance with company policies, smooth HR operations, and a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts professionally.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities to support the organisation’s workforce requirements.
- Monitor employee performance and support the implementation of performance management processes.
- Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and established processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain appropriate HR records for management review.
- Work closely with management and production teams to support effective workforce management and smooth factory operations.
- Address employee-related issues promptly and provide appropriate HR guidance to management.
- Support the organisation in maintaining a productive, disciplined, and compliant workforce.
- Handle multiple HR responsibilities effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Carry out other HR-related responsibilities as required to support the organisation’s operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5 – 12 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Must have substantial experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing a manufacturing/factory workforce is highly desirable.

- Relevant professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management/reporting tools.

Location Requirement:
- Candidates should preferably reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or its immediate environs, considering the location and work schedule of the role.
Salary and Benefits
- N400,000 per month.
