HR Manager

Location: Gudu District, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the company’s HR function, driving recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and staff development.
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Nigerian labour law.
• Supervise HR administrative staff and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD certification required.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
