HR & Operations Coordinator at a Medical Products Company - Proten International

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to oversee human resources, administrative, and operational activities.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, supporting employee management processes, and implementing structured systems and procedures that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, attendance, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and staff welfare initiatives
• Support performance management, employee relations, and workplace compliance
• Prepare and administer monthly payroll, leave records, and staff documentation
• Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative systems
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs and internal operational processes
• Monitor operational efficiency and provide regular reports to management
• Support strategic and administrative initiatives to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Operations
• Experience within the Healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of payroll administration and HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage people, processes, and multiple priorities.
