HR Support Staff

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Staff to join our team in Choba, Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate HR files, databases, and documentation.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support new hire orientation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Provide administrative support for payroll processing and employee benefits.
• HR Administration: Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and handle routine HR inquiries.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing staff training, workshops, and welfare activities.

• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling HR matters.
• Deliver accurate and timely HR support services.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Show initiative in identifying opportunities to improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 per month.
