Job description

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and welcome new staff with orientation.
• Records and Database Management: Maintain physical and digital personnel files, leave trackers, and attendance logs.
• Payroll and Benefits Support: Collect data for salary processing, manage benefits queries, and track employee allowances.
• Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, manage vendor contracts, maintain facility utilities, and handle travel logistics.
• Policy and Compliance: Explain company rules to staff and ensure adherence to local labor laws.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
