Green Habitat Initiative (GHI) is seeking a part-time Human Resource Officer to support HR operations remotely, with occasional visits to the Abuja office.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
Proven skills in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HR software and project management tools such as ClickUp, Odoo, or Slack.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to GHI’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

Implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Provide HR guidance and support employee relations.
Assist with performance management and feedback processes.
Organize training and development initiatives to enhance staff capacity.
Maintain compliance with labor regulations and accurate HR records.
Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
