ICT Teacher

Location: Ikeja Environs, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging IT lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in information technology.
• proficient in programming and coding
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates on classroom hardware and software.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student academic progress and grades.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff IT issues.
• Collaborate with lead teachers, school leadership, and instructional coaches for instructional improvement.
• Integrate IT-based lesson enhancements into the core academic curriculum.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong background in computer hardware and software support.
• Familiarity with modern IT tools, platforms, and technological advancements.
• Teaching certification or qualification is an added advantage.
• Ability to assess system limitations and security issues, and recommend or apply effective solutions.
• Demonstrated classroom management expertise.
• Solid understanding of effective teaching methodologies and instructional strategies.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
