We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Security Guard

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting vigilant, customer-friendly, and highly disciplined Internal Security Guards for our Ajibade and Isashi branches to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol Premises: Monitor and secure the eatery entrance, dining area, kitchen, and parking lot.
Access Control: Greet customers warmly, manage entry/exit points, and control crowd flow during peak hours.
Asset Protection: Safeguard eatery property, equipment, and customer vehicles from theft or vandalism.
Conflict Resolution: De-escalate customer disputes or disruptions politely, professionally, and swiftly.
Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for safety issues, fire hazards, or medical emergencies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of O'Level (WAEC / NECO) certificate.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in security, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of standing for extended periods.
Skills: Excellent communication, observational, and basic customer service skills.
Integrity: Clean criminal record with a high sense of honesty and responsibility.
Guarantors: Must be able to provide two (2) verifiable guarantors based in Lagos State.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
