Job Title: Invoicing Officer

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Officer to prepare accurate invoices, maintain billing records, and ensure timely processing of customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer invoices accurately.
Verify orders before invoicing.
Maintain proper billing and invoicing records.
Resolve invoice discrepancies with relevant departments.
Prepare daily invoicing reports.
Ensure compliance with company billing procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in invoicing, accounting, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Good numerical and computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
