We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner (South Region)

Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to support our South Region operations while being based in Benin, Edo State.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary HR contact for assigned branches, driving employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and culture initiatives.

Job Details

Provide HR support and advisory services to managers and employees across the South Region.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration activities.
Drive employee engagement, culture, and staff wellness initiatives.
Support performance management and talent development processes.
Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to support decision-making.
Conduct periodic branch visits and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the South Region as required.
