Job Title: Marketing Manager (Digital & Offline)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, campaign execution, digital marketing, and offline marketing activities, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and other digital platforms.
Manage offline marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, print advertising, outdoor advertising, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee the company's social media presence and content strategy.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
4+ years marketing experience.
Proven experience managing budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
