Marketing Officer

Job Summary

• The Marketing Personnel will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, developing marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Promote the company's products, solutions, and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media and online campaigns.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field and at least 3 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Experience in the fintech, banking, payments, technology, or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
