What you'll do
Campaign development & execution:
- Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Support audience segmentation, localization, and personalization efforts to improve campaign relevance.
Content creation & asset management:
- Write, edit, and optimize content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Develop email copy and campaign templates that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce visually engaging marketing materials.
Market research & competitive analysis:
- Conduct ongoing research on customer segments, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data to inform campaign development, product positioning, and messaging decisions.
- Generate actionable insights to guide content strategy, lead generation, and audience targeting.
Brand management & messaging consistency:
- Uphold consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms and channels.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Support initiatives that strengthen brand positioning in new and existing markets.
Performance tracking, reporting & optimization:
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, engagement rate, and lead quality.
- Use tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to evaluate performance.
- Assist with A/B testing, ROI analysis, and data-driven campaign optimizations.
Offline events & materials:
- Prepare marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners) for trade shows, university fairs, partner events, and internal activations.
- Support event promotion, logistics coordination, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Ensure all offline materials meet brand standards and campaign messaging requirements.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Contribute to projects with admissions, academic, and product teams as needed.
- Support internal communications and employee branding initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and data-backed perspectives.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, or digital advertising tools (e.g., GHL, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and at least one creative tool such as Canva, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content strategy, and digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational habits and a collaborative spirit.
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing education-technology or B2C digital products.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, marketing automation workflows, or basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Prior experience supporting or attending trade shows, university fairs, or similar events.
- Exposure to A/B testing platforms or conversion rate optimization practices.
