Mechanical Production Technician

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Production Technician with a strong manufacturing background to join our production and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
• Identify and resolve mechanical faults to reduce downtime.
• Support machine installation, adjustment, and changeovers.
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults promptly.
• Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Follow all HSE, maintenance, and production procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.

Requirements

• OND/HND or Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production machines and mechanical systems.
• Experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use basic workshop tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts when required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
