• **Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM)**
• **Job Requirements:**
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) qualification from a recognized institution
• Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
• A minimum of 2–4 years of post-qualification clinical nursing experience (experience in a private or specialist hospital is a plus)
• Strong clinical competencies in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency care
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and work in shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Proficiency in essential computer applications and electronic health records management
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and dedication to patient care
• **Preferred Skills:**
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), wound care)
• Experience in orthopedic, surgical, or critical care nursing environments
• Previous employment history in a private or specialist hospital setting
