Online Sales / Telesales Officers

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound/outbound leads from websites, social media, live chat, and email campaigns.
• Manage the full online sales cycle: first contact → order completion → post-sale follow-up.

Customer Engagement:

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and social media with persuasive, brand-consistent messaging.
• Conduct product consultations and recommend solutions to increase basket size (upsell/cross-sell).

E-commerce Management:

• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO) on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Magento.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to prevent stockouts.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

• Execute campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and marketplace ads.
• Track KPIs: conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), churn.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot for reporting and optimization.

Customer Success:

• Handle complaints, returns, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Implement CRM/email marketing flows (cart abandonment, upsell sequences, VIP re-engagement).

Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 monthly.
