Description

• We are seeking a smart, experienced, proactive and result-oriented Operations/Business Development Manager to oversee our industrial catering operations while driving growth and developing new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations across onshore and offshore locations.
• Supervise operational teams and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, food safety standards and client’s procedures.
• Monitor operational costs, supports cost control measures and profitability
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas and other industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and contract opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and secure new contracts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3-5-year experience in industrial catering operation management.
• Age 30-40 years
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO management systems and standards- ISO 9001 (quality Management), ISO 22000 (food safety management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
